Your first payment is taken at the salon when we confirm your membership, then once each month. Your account shows the date you're paid through.
How do the included services work?
Each plan includes a set number of services each month. We apply them when you pay at the salon; they're for the month they belong to and don't carry over.
How does the member discount work?
The discount comes off the other services you have on the same visit, when you pay at the salon.
Is there a minimum term?
No. You can ask to cancel at any time from your account; the membership ends once the month you've paid for is over.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Choose Change plan in your account and we'll confirm the new plan with you; the new price applies from your next payment.
Do I need an account?
Yes, so you can see your plan and what's left this month. If you're new, you create it as you join: we email you a temporary password.
How do loyalty points work?
You earn 1 point for every $1 you pay for your services (not tax or tips), added when your visit is closed at the salon. 100 points are worth $5 off a visit. Points don't expire.
