Reviews

In our guests’ words

Every review here comes from a guest who completed a visit with One Eleven Nail Bar, and is shown as they wrote it, whatever the rating.

Reviews will appear after we open.

Only guests who have visited can review us, so this page fills up once our doors open. We'd love to see you there.

Only guests who completed a visit can review it, once. “Verified visit” means we checked that.
Every guest is invited the same way after their visit. We don’t pick who is asked, and we offer nothing in return for a review.
We publish every genuine review, good or bad, as written. We never remove a review for its rating or for criticism.
We hold back or take down a review only if it includes advertising, spam or links to other sites; hateful, harassing, threatening or obscene language; a phone number, email, home address or other private details about anyone; content that is not about a visit to this salon; reviews by the salon's own team, their family, or a competitor; unlawful content, or false statements of fact about a person; a copy of another review. When we do, we tell the writer which rule and they can edit it or ask us to look again.
Reviewers are shown by first name and last initial, or as “Verified guest” if they prefer. They can edit their review for 30 days and delete it at any time.
We may reply publicly. Use “Report” under a review if you think it breaks these rules.
